Medical and Bill Verification Authorization

For medical fundraisers, applicants are required to sign a HIPAA Authorization Form before verification begins. This form grants EverGrace limited permission to contact your medical provider and confirm bill details.

Payment Processing and Financial Disclosures

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers including PayPal and Stripe. EverGrace does not store payment card details. Transaction fees charged by payment processors are deducted before funds are disbursed.

Law Enforcement and Government Requests

EverGrace will comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement or government authorities. Where permitted by law we will notify affected users prior to disclosure.
